Promotions
High season (June – August): 10% discount for stays of at least 2 weeks.
Low season: 10% discount for weekly stays.

Minimum Stay
3 nights

Booking Confirmation:
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The final balance must be paid 60 days before arrival. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer. A security deposit of €1,000 is also required, to be paid one week prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded 3 days after check-out, unless any damages or losses to the property are detected, which will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
Up to 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the deposit.
Less than 60 days before arrival: no refund.
